the staff was excellent, flexible with every request. i really enjoyed the location that was central and really close to the centre of town where all the bars are, the sea front and central station, and the pedestrian zone. it also was in the main shopping street.

We loved hotel's particularly good and convenient location!!
Guest room with private bathroom accommodated us perfectly. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main shopping street, cafés and restaurants, bars and shops.

This place had a great and quiet location just a short walk from the bus station, in a pedestrian zone with cafes and shops nearby, and only 5 km from the Hungry Tree.

The room I stayed in was newly renovated with a private bathroom, and the location was fantastic, being close to the ferry, bus station, and El Sardinero beach.

The place was good value. Loved spending my time in this reasonably clean excellent central hotel. - All the employees were helpful and friendly. - the location was exceptionally nice, good near center with easy access to shops. - A bustling neoclassical Herrerian square was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The manager was incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English, which was a big help for me. Their local knowledge was very helpful. the location was unbeatable, right in the middle of a vibrant urban community. the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a super comfy bed. It was a perfect first night in Spain.
The noise from nearby restaurants could be a bit bothersome at times, but nothing too rowdy. It's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

We had a great time at Hostal San Fernando! Stayed for 4 nights on a beach getaway. The room was spacious and beautifully renovated, with a lovely bathroom. The location was perfect, with bus stops right outside to take us to the stunning beaches and football stadium. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and public parking was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had excellent amenities like a kettle and good wifi. One of the best hostals we've stayed in!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hostal San Fernando for a short trip and had a wonderful experience. The room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The hotel staff, Alvaro and Violetta, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Alvaro even went above and beyond to return my forgotten iPhone. The hotel is located in a residential area close to the town center, making it easy to explore the local bars and restaurants. Additionally, the affordable price and nearby bus stop made getting around convenient.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location with easy access to bus stops and nearby cafes and pubs. The friendly staff provided us with a map and gave us tips on where to go and what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with memory foam mattresses and pillows that were perfect for my back and neck issues.
No breakfast option available at the hotel. Although there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite, it would have been more convenient to have breakfast available on-site.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
